Behind Nordic Podcast Academy are two of Denmarks brightest and most experienced sound producers: Dorte Palle and Tor Arnbjørn. In 2019 they wrote “Podcastbogen” (“The Podcast Book”), the first danish book about podcasting. They both have an MBA in creative management from Steinbeis Unversity in Berlin, and together they have founded and manage the podcast production company Rakkerpak Productions.
Nordic Podcast Academy is founded in cooperation with Struer, Lydens By.
Tor Arnbjørn has throughout the last 20 years engaged himself to the business of radio production at DR (Danmarks Radio, the Danish national radio) and is the author of Podcastbogen from 2019 (“the podcast book”). Tor started at DR as an intern and has produced news shows, “P1 morgen”, “DR2 debatten” and as well as a ton of P3 programs before he for five years was the head exec of radio at DR.
Dorte Palle has worked with sound for more than 20 years, earning the title expert on podcasting. Dorte has been all the way from the talent programme at DR (Danmarks Radio) to hosting “P4 in P1” as well as working on a slew of TV shows. She was the exec of culture at DR before starting her own independent business. She has produced and edited documentaries, features as well as reports for both radio and tv, and is the co-host of Podcastbogen (“the podcast book”) from 2019.
